Europcar Delayed My ₺2000 Refund 17 Days After Car Rental
I rented a car for two days from Europcar’s Diyarbakır Airport branch between 26.10.2024 and 28.10.2024. Although I was told the ₺2,000 provision fee would be refunded to my card within seven days, it still has not been returned. When I reached out through the Europcar website to ask about my refund, I received an email stating that if the refund was not processed within 15 days, I should contact the branch. Today marks the 17th day, and the provision is still visible on my credit card. Why not be upfront and provide accurate information to your customers from the start? It feels as if customers are taken for granted. Anyone considering renting from this company should think twice if not five times.
