I rented a car from Europcar’s Diyarbakır Airport branch for two days (October 26–28, 2024). A 2000₺ deposit was charged to my credit card, with the promise it would be refunded within 7 days. However, the refund has still not been processed.
I contacted Europcar through their website to inquire about the delay and was told via email that if the refund wasn’t completed within 15 days, I should reach out to the branch. Today marks the 17th day, and the authorization is still on my credit card with no resolution.
Why wasn’t I given accurate information from the beginning? This lack of transparency and delay in refunding my money is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and the return of my deposit.
