Sixt Rent A Car Unjustified Authorization Charge Not Refunded

On December 1, 2024, I rented a car from Sixt at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Despite not requesting any extra services or charges, I was wrongfully charged approximately ₺1000 as a pre-authorization fee. The problem is, this amount has not been refunded, even though I returned the vehicle as agreed with no issues.

To make matters worse, Sixt claims that I personally requested this charge, which is absolutely false. I have reached out to customer support via email multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, they keep giving vague or misleading responses.

I demand an immediate refund of this unauthorized charge. Sixt, please take responsibility and refund my money without further delay.
