On April 11, 2025, I loaded $47 USD into my Esimio account as a general balance top-up. However, since the Esimio service has been banned in Turkey, it has become completely impossible for me to use this balance. This restriction is not my fault and is entirely due to external factors beyond my control.
I have made multiple refund requests for the unused balance, but Esimio has not provided any solution or even responded to my inquiries. The payment was made through the Apple Store, and I did not make any additional payments outside of this transaction. At this point, I have no way of using the balance — I cannot transfer it, apply it in another way, or even use it abroad. I am effectively stuck with unusable funds.
I no longer wish to remain an Esimio member under these conditions. I request that my account be closed and that the unused $47 USD balance be refunded immediately. Customers should not be left without support or forced to forfeit their money when services become restricted.
Esimio must act responsibly and ensure that users impacted by regional bans are fairly compensated for their unused balances.
