I Bought Holafly eSIM but It Didn’t Work and My Refund Request Was Denied
On July 4, 2025, I purchased a Holafly eSIM for Turkey (Order No: E12076591), but I was unable to use it at all because my phone turned out to be incompatible with eSIM technology. Before purchasing, there were no clear warnings on the Holafly website or from their support team regarding device compatibility.
Realizing this immediately, I contacted Holafly’s support team and requested a refund for the ₺2,700 I paid. I was told my request had been received and was being “prioritized.” Despite multiple follow-ups, it’s now been well past the promised 10 business days, and no refund has been issued. I haven’t used a single bit of this service, nor have I received any meaningful resolution or explanation.
This is unacceptable and clearly violates basic consumer rights, especially since the product couldn’t be used due to device limitations Holafly failed to disclose. I am demanding an immediate refund. If this is not resolved right away, I will escalate the issue by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board to pursue my rights through formal legal channels.
