I Face Unauthorized Balance Deduction on Esimio

I have been using Esimio regularly during my international travels without any major issues. However, after my most recent trip, I encountered a serious problem. On July 16, 2025, I returned to Turkey with approximately $28.15 USD remaining in my Esimio account.
On July 29, 2025, I logged into the app using a VPN, only to discover that my balance had dropped to $0 USD. When I checked the details, I saw that Esimio claimed I had used 8.28 GB in July and 1.82 GB in August, totaling about $29.3 USD in charges.
This is impossible. Since July 10, 2025, Esimio usage has been banned in Turkey. I never activated Esimio as my cellular data line while in Turkey — I was exclusively using my Vodafone SIM card. Despite this, my Esimio balance was deducted as if data had been consumed.
I contacted Esimio support through the app, but I have not received any response so far. This is deeply frustrating because I effectively lost funds for a service that was not active, not used, and not even legally available in my country.
I am requesting a full refund of the $29.3 USD wrongly deducted from my balance and a proper explanation of how this unauthorized data usage was logged. Customers should not lose money for services they could not possibly use.
