I Face eSIM Activation Failure and No Customer Support on eSIM io

I purchased an eSIM io package to use during my trip to Greece. Although my device fully supports eSIM technology, I was unable to activate or install it. I immediately contacted customer support, but I never received any reply or assistance.
Now that I am back in Turkey, I tried again to install and activate the eSIM, but the app keeps giving me error messages. To resolve the issue, I searched online for a customer service contact number, but there seems to be no reliable or accessible support channel available.
It is unacceptable that a paid service provides neither proper functionality nor direct support. Customers should not be left stranded abroad without connectivity, especially when traveling.
I am requesting a full refund for the unusable eSIM service and demand that eSIM io provide clear and accessible customer service channels so that future users do not face the same frustration.
