On September 11, 2025 (Thursday), I purchased a ticket through Enuygun.com for two passengers on Pegasus Airlines, scheduled for September 14, 2025 (Sunday) at 08:35 AM, from Istanbul Airport to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. At the time of purchase, my PNR number was 182EUH.
However, when I checked the booking again on September 12 (Friday) to confirm the flight, I was shocked to see that the departure date had been changed to September 21, 2025 (Sunday) at 08:35 AM, and the PNR number had also changed to 182FRL. This forced me to cancel my ticket.
I canceled the booking through Enuygun.com and reported the issue to both Enuygun and Pegasus customer service. Pegasus informed me that the ticket was “canceled after the option period ended” and advised me to follow up with the agency. Meanwhile, Enuygun told me that I had allegedly purchased the flight for September 21, and therefore, I was only eligible for a tax refund—no ticket refund. They also claimed this was due to a penalty applied by the airline.
This reasoning is unacceptable. I clearly purchased a September 14 flight, as proven by my original PNR (182EUH). If I had purchased a September 21 flight, the September 14 PNR would not exist. Changing the flight date and then penalizing the customer is misleading and unfair.
I demand a full refund of ₺3,265.98 to my credit card, not just a partial tax refund. I have all tickets, payment records, and transaction documents as evidence. If Pegasus and Enuygun fail to resolve this issue, I will be forced to pursue legal action.
