Enuygun.com Canceled My Flight and Gave Me Only ₺80 Refund Instead of ₺1700
Enuygun.com refunded me only ₺80 instead of ₺1700 for my flight cancellation, which was scheduled for a month later, and they informed me of this only after I had canceled the ticket. If I had known this in advance, I would have never canceled my flight through them. I am absolutely filing a complaint. I will do everything I can to ensure that no one around me purchases tickets from Enuygun. This kind of lack of transparency and misleading policies should not be acceptable from a company that sells travel services. I do not forgive this injustice. There is nothing more to say except that I hope this unfair gain does not sit well with them.

As Enuygun.com, we show our passengers the rules of ticket classes on our website during the ticket selection stage and before payment is taken. We present the rules of all the tickets we sell on our website to our users on our screens. Change, cancellation, refund, and penalty fees are determined by the airline and can change instantly. As an intermediary, we unfortunately do not have any initiative regarding the transaction fees determined by the airline. Not only are we not decisive in this matter, but we also cannot make changes later. If you wish, you can forward your objection on this matter directly to the airline.
