I Report Enuygun ₺1000 Deduction From Refund For Canceled Flight

On June 24, 2025, I purchased a Damascus to Istanbul flight ticket for ₺27,177 through Enuygun. Due to the Israel-Iran conflict, all flights were subsequently canceled by Ajet. On July 2, 2025, I submitted a refund request. However, the agency I purchased the ticket from intends to deduct approximately ₺1000, offering to refund me only ₺26,177.

I find this deduction completely unacceptable and unjust. Since the flight was canceled by the airline, not by my choice, there should be no reason for any deduction from my refund. This unexpected charge significantly impacts me financially and causes considerable frustration. My full refund is being withheld due to a situation beyond my control, which is incredibly unfair. I demand that Enuygun process a full refund of ₺27,177 without any deductions.
