Enuygun Check-In Failure Led to Extra $24 Per Person
I’ve been using the Enuygun app for years and have never had an issue until now. However, on November 15, I had a very disappointing experience with the flight ticket I purchased for my family’s return from Baku to Ankara. I couldn’t complete the check-in process through the app, so I called customer service for help. They told me I had to pay an additional $24 USD per person, which I found completely unreasonable.
When I also asked to purchase extra baggage allowance, they tried to charge me $124 USD, even though the actual difference should have been around $47 USD. These amounts make no sense and are absolutely unacceptable.
In total, I paid $684 USD through Enuygun. Despite speaking with customer service, no solution was offered. After this negative experience, I no longer plan to use the Enuygun app.
