I was tracking prices for an Ankara-Moscow flight ticket on Enuygun.com before purchasing. In a single day, the price escalated from ₺22,000 to ₺25,000, and finally to ₺27,000. Fearing further increases, I decided to buy it at ₺27,000. To my profound shock and dismay, the very next day, the ticket price dropped to ₺17,000.
When I called Enuygun.com to inquire about this drastic price swing, their explanation was incredibly dismissive. They claimed that someone might have "instantaneously canceled their ticket," and it was then re-listed at its original, lower price. This response shows a complete lack of awareness regarding the significant financial hardship and frustration this causes customers. They are clearly oblivious to the impact of such a substantial price difference. The fact that I paid ₺10,000 more for the exact same ticket within a 24-hour window, due to what appears to be artificial price inflation or unethical practices, is unacceptable. Enuygun.com has lost my trust and will no longer be my preferred choice for travel bookings. I demand a refund for the ₺10,000 price difference.
