Pegasus and Enterprise's Rental Car Disaster
I made a 6-day car rental reservation through the Pegasus Mobile App on June 27, 2023, at 12:30 PM, to pick up the vehicle from the Beylikdüzü Enterprise Office. My credit card was charged for the car on June 26, 2023, and payment of 7889.06 TL was deducted from my credit card on June 27, 2023. On the same day, however, an Enterprise representative called to inform me that there were no available cars for me to rent and advised me to contact the rental location directly. Pegasus customer service advised me to contact Cartrawler via email. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by Pegasus and Enterprise's lack of professionalism, especially on the eve of a holiday. As a result, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office against both Pegasus and Enterprise for causing me emotional distress. I will not hesitate to seek both financial and emotional restitution, in accordance with my legal rights.
