Cartrawler Refused Rental Car Service Due to License Conversion

I rented a car through the Pegasus app, but they refused to provide the car because I converted my Turkish driver's license to a German one in 2023. As a result, I had to rent from another company at a higher rate at the last minute. Additionally, I can't reach Pegasus or Cartrawler (the car rental company in the Pegasus app) via email or phone regarding this issue. They're not only causing me inconvenience but also refusing to issue a refund.
