Cartrawler Car Rental Unresolved Issues
On June 5, 2023, I rented a car for a day from Pegasus via Cartrawler. For June 8, 2023, I paid a total of 1886.09 Turkish liras. When I arrived at the car pick-up location on June 8th at 11:30 a.m., I was unable to receive the car because I had not received a confirmation code beginning with 218 from Cartrawler. I contacted Pegasus, who claimed to be their partner, but they were unable to assist. Cartrawler does not have a branch or a dedicated department in Turkey. It's incredible that Pegasus partnered with a company that doesn't have a Turkish office. I discovered the company's location through research. They're not present on social media and have numerous complaints. I finally found Cartrawler's WhatsApp, where they claimed it would take up to 20 business days and that no managers were available. I'm thoroughly disappointed and will not recommend them. This situation has rendered me helpless as well as wronged. I will not rest until I have aired my grievances against these modern-day thieves on social media, news channels, and newspapers.
