• Cancel and Rebook: If you need a quick solution, you could cancel your flight and rebook it with a different company at the airport, but keep in mind that availability and rates will be different.
• If you don't like the proposed solution, talk about ways to get paid, such as a discount, a free upgrade, or transportation vouchers. If the problem needs to be taken to a higher level, ask for a supervisor or call Enterprise customer service directly. Make sure the situation is understood and push for a better outcome.
