My Enterprise Car Rental Vanished Three Times Despite Reservation!

I made a reservation for a car at Enterprise three months ago, but when I got there, they told me the car wasn't available. But I saw the same car parked right outside of their business. At first, they said it would be ready in a minute, but then they rented it out to someone else. This issue has come up three times, and Enterprise has not been able to solve any of them. For the lack of a better word, it's been frustrating and confusing. I'd love to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience with Enterprise. This has been a nightmare for a long time, and I still don't have a car despite my plans.
