Enterprise Canceled My Car Rental Last Minute

On March 4, 2024, I booked a rental car from Enterprise for use between April 11-16. However, today, on March 25, they called me to inform me that the car I reserved is not available.

This is completely unacceptable, especially with just a few days left before the holiday. If the car was never available, why did they wait 20 days to cancel my booking? This lack of professionalism has completely disrupted my plans.

I strongly advise against renting from Enterprise or Alamo, especially from the Gaziantep branch. Enterprise, you must take responsibility for this mistake and provide a proper solution immediately!
