Enterprise Car Rental Ford Transit Booking Cancellation – Unacceptable Service
I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise for years, renting vehicles without issue. However, my recent experience was extremely frustrating. When I inquired about renting a Ford Transit, the staff assured me I could book the vehicle through the system, or if unavailable, they would arrange it at another branch. I proceeded with the booking, made the payment, and the very next day, I received a call informing me that they had canceled my reservation. They explained that the system had shown availability, but the vehicle was not actually available. They told me this was a recurring problem with the Enterprise system, which remains uncorrected. As one of the largest car rental companies in the world, they refused to resolve the issue, telling me to "take care of it myself." This is completely unacceptable, and I demand that this situation be rectified immediately.
Friends from the Enterprise company called and resolved my grievance, they helped with the provision of a vehicle, thank you.
