Enterprise Still Hasn’t Refunded My Deposit After Sarajevo Airport Car Rental

About a month ago, during my international trip, I rented a car from Enterprise at Sarajevo Airport. While the rental itself went smoothly at first, I’ve been facing an ongoing issue ever since I returned the vehicle—they have yet to refund my deposit.

Despite waiting patiently and trying to contact someone from the company, there has been zero communication or support. I haven’t been able to reach a single person who can help, and no explanation has been provided about the missing refund. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like I’m being ignored after doing everything by the book.

Enterprise, this is completely unacceptable. You claim to be a reliable international brand, but my experience has been nothing short of a letdown. I feel cheated, unsupported, and disappointed. I demand that my deposit be refunded immediately and that you start taking responsibility for your customers—especially those renting abroad who have no local recourse when things go wrong.
