Green Motion Car Rental Booking Cancellation and Additional Costs

The car I rented the previous day was not delivered by noon the next day, and no reason was given. Payment was already made, but no car was available in the parking lot as expected. They claimed a "Findeks" credit check was done and implied that my credit wasn't approved, but no clear reason was provided. They just said, "We can't see it, it's not approved."

Within an hour, I rented a car from another company under the same conditions without any issues. Both my individual and company Findeks reports were clear, showing no problems. This seems to have been an arbitrary decision without any valid reason for not providing the car.

Over the last month, I've rented a car three times and never experienced such an issue. Fortunately, the Yolcu360 call center quickly made another reservation, and we got our car. However, due to poor customer management, we had to settle for a gasoline car instead of diesel, leading to higher last-minute costs and financial loss.

Additionally, we had to keep our children waiting for hours, and I had to drive an extra three hours within the city, which is significant for those who value their time. I believe the car wasn't available at the dealership, and they forced us to cancel with a flimsy excuse. The vague reason "we can't see it" was likely used because my Findeks score was good, and they couldn't provide a concrete reason. Findeks reports don't change in an hour and are available as documents.

In short, anyone who doesn't want to be inconvenienced should reconsider working with this company.
