I canceled my reservation with Enterprise under reservation number 629848488988 on April 2nd. Although it shows as canceled on your website, the refund has not been processed yet. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter. Due to the insufficient credit limit on my card, I am unable to make purchases. Your help in resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.
