Enterprise Reservation Refund Not Processed Despite Cancellation


I want to cancel my order (#756084990) but cannot find a way to do so. When I contacted Enterprise's customer service, they told me to cancel it through their website. However, there is no visible "cancel" option or tab on the site to process the cancellation.
To make matters worse, I cannot reach customer service for further assistance. This is extremely frustrating, as I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
I am requesting an immediate response to this matter and the cancellation of my order without any delay. A platform as established as Enterprise should provide clear and accessible cancellation options for its users. Please address this promptly.
