Refund for Canceled Hotels.com Reservation Still Not Received

I canceled my reservation (confirmation number 72972037177680) through Hotels.com and received confirmation of the cancellation. However, the refund has yet to be credited to my account. This delay is unacceptable, and to make matters worse, I cannot get through to customer service. Their call center is unresponsive, and emails go unanswered.

The live chat system is equally unhelpful, offering only automated responses that fail to address my concern. This level of customer service is deeply frustrating. I expect the company to prioritize this issue and process my refund immediately. I urge Hotels.com to have someone from their team contact me directly to resolve this matter without further delay.

I also spoke with the hotel (Edirne/Maça Hotel), and they told me I needed to process the cancellation through Hotels.com. When I did this, I received an email from you stating that my refund request had been created. However, I was never able to reach you afterward. Therefore, it is unacceptable for you to send an email regarding the refund request and then become unreachable. You don't have customer service either; we can't reach anyone by phone. I did not put the hotel in any situation that would disrupt their schedule. Check the system; I created a cancellation request at most 15 minutes later. I am requesting a refund of my payment. Additionally, it is unbelievable that you provide such a service without call center support; we are trying to explain our issues through email."

Hello, I spoke with the hotel and they confirmed the cancellation of the reservation. Could you check again? It's unbelievable that we can only reach you through Şikayet Var and receive customer service from here.
