Hotels.com Refund Delay, and Unresponsive Support

I made a reservation for June 18-21. Despite selecting a room for two people, there was a system error, and I was only charged for one person. I cancelled this reservation. I purchased a new booking with Travel Program No: 72849595880205 on June 8, 2024. I contacted my bank, who informed me that Hotels.com hasn't initiated any refund process for the canceled booking.
It's been over 14 business days, and I still haven't received my refund.
I demand that this issue be resolved immediately.
I'm also unable to reach your customer service.

There is no phone number or email I can reach, and I have no contact person to communicate with. There is no resolved situation; I also contacted the bank, and there is no request visible. The refund is said to take 14 days; it will be 20 days soon, and no notification has been made to the bank yet. I am trying to reach you by phone, but that is not working either. I want to have someone I can talk to face-to-face so that we can resolve the issue.

14 business days have passed, and my money has still not been refunded. No one has contacted me either. I urgently request my refund! What kind of poor service is this? You are victimizing people. I made a purchase on June 8th and immediately processed the return, but despite a month passing and your notifications about holidays and such to complete the 14 business days, you are just stalling. Process the refund immediately!

You keep sending the same message over and over. There is no solution in sight, what 14 days are you talking about? It's been over a month and I still haven't received my money. You say you have directed it to the bank, but when I contact the bank, I learn that no action has been taken on your part. You are stealing both my time and my money! Give me my refund already!
