On July 23, 2025, I traveled with China Southern Airlines flight CZ8065 from Guangzhou to Istanbul. Upon arriving at Istanbul Airport, I discovered that the wheels of my suitcase had been broken during the flight.
Immediately, I reported the damage to Çelebi Ground Services at the airport, and they issued an official report with reference number ISTCZ11138. At the time, I was told that I would be contacted regarding the resolution of this issue.
However, since that date, no one has contacted me and there has been no follow-up from either the airline or ground handling services. I have been left without any information or compensation, despite having filed the report properly at the airport.
As a paying passenger who entrusted the airline with my belongings, I find this lack of response unacceptable. I request that China Southern Airlines and Çelebi Ground Services take responsibility for the damage caused, provide me with a clear update on the status of my claim, and arrange for either a repair or full replacement of my damaged luggage.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and compensation for the damage to my suitcase.
