I trusted the Ella Bonna brand and ordered baby booties from their website on September 27th (Order No: #eb8638). After placing the order, I realized I had selected the wrong size and immediately requested a cancellation and refund. I reached out through their customer service link, but no one responded. To make matters worse, there’s no phone number listed on their site for direct contact (https:/www .ellabonna.com.tr/pages/bize-ulasin-ella-bonna). I tried reaching out again through the same link but still received no reply. My issue remains unresolved, and I feel completely ignored by the company.
