I Faced Order Cancellation After Buying Child Slippers From Amazon

On September 22, I placed an order on Amazon from the seller Ella Bona for children’s slippers (Order No: 405-8716473-1957915). However, without any explanation and after the legal period had expired, my order was canceled on September 25. When I contacted Amazon customer service, I was told that under free market conditions the seller had the right to do this and that no sanctions would be applied to the seller. In addition, although I was informed that the seller had the right to cancel within two days, the cancellation occurred three days later, and I was unable to reach the seller. Although I received a refund, I am requesting that the product be resent in order to remedy my grievance. The city where I was expecting the delivery is Muğla. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I kindly ask that the necessary sensitivity be shown to prevent similar problems in the future.
