Ella Bonna Booties Deformed After 2 Months, No Response

I purchased a pair of baby booties from the Ella Bonna seller via Trendyol, trusting both the brand and the platform. Unfortunately, after just two months of normal use, the product became visibly deformed. The material wore out far too quickly for something that’s supposed to be durable and made for babies.
I reported the issue through Trendyol, and they told me I would be contacted if I shared my contact details—which I did immediately. But it’s been silence ever since. No follow-up, no apology, no solution.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. When a brand claims to prioritize quality and comfort for children, they should also stand behind their products when something goes wrong. Right now, I’m left with a faulty item and zero support.
