Ella Bonna Package Lost! Tracking Shows Delivered, But Nowhere to Be Found
I made a purchase from Ella Bonna for two items on October 30th. Received a notification on November 2nd from Sürat Kargo mentioning that my package was on its way with tracking number 10913316719576. Yet, I did not get a notification confirming the delivery. I stayed at home the entire day on November 2nd, but unfortunately, no package was delivered. The following day, upon visiting their website, I noticed that the package had been marked as delivered, yet it was not in my possession. When I reached out to the courier, they said they had left it at the door, but it was not there. On November 6th, I reached out to the courier once more, and they confirmed that my package had been lost. I'm eager to receive my items! Could you please forward them to me?
We met with the officials of Ella Bonna on January 10th. They solved the problem. They provided a refund. I thank them for their very kind and attentive behavior.
