I Paid for Birkenstock Sandals But Got No Product, No Info, No Refund

I placed an order with Birkenstock and paid ₺4,800 for a pair of sandals. The amount was immediately charged to my account, but I never received any confirmation email, SMS, or shipping update — absolutely no communication at all.
It’s been days, and I still haven’t received the product. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but no one answers the phone, and no help is provided through any other channel either. It feels like my money just disappeared.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of responsibility. I demand an immediate refund or proper delivery of my order, along with an explanation for this silence and neglect. I trusted the brand — now I feel completely let down.
