I booked a Bangladesh to Istanbul flight through eDreams online. One week after confirmation, the airline (Jazeera Airways) canceled the flight and informed me that the refund would be processed through eDreams.

However, three days have passed, and I haven’t received any communication from eDreams. There is no customer service phone number, and their website only offers an English-language chatbot that keeps giving automated responses with no real assistance.

I am completely lost on what to do next. How can I reach eDreams? Where should I file a complaint? I just want my refund processed as soon as possible. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
