eDreams Payment Deducted, No Ticket Received
I booked a flight ticket from eDreams for Stockholm to Sofia, but despite the payment being deducted, I still haven't received my ticket even after ten days. I'm frustrated because I can't seem to get a refund, and there's absolutely no communication happening. I've attempted to reach out via email, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. Additionally, I have been unable to locate a phone number to contact them. I've encountered this situation before with other companies, and they have always promptly issued refunds the following day.
