I booked a ticket through eDreams via a Skyscanner recommendation, but now I need to cancel and request a refund. Unfortunately, I cannot reach eDreams customer service. The phone number provided either doesn’t connect or gives a broken signal.
I’ve also tried seeking help through their support section, but the assistance there is insufficient and unhelpful. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and I expect a company like eDreams to provide reliable customer support. Please address this issue immediately and process my refund request without further delays.
Hi, I’m also having trouble with eDreams and haven’t been able to reach them—it’s been really difficult. Have you found any way to contact them? If so, I’d appreciate it if you could share, because they charged my bank account three times for a Prime membership in one week—€89.99 each time—back in October 2024.
