Wizz Refund to eDreams Unacknowledged - No Support

I received a refund from Wizz directly to eDreams, and Wizz also sent me confirmation that the amount was successfully transferred. However, eDreams claims they didn’t receive anything, and despite all the calls and messages I’ve left, I still haven’t received any response. There’s no one to talk to, and I’m left without any proper support or update. I even provided eDreams with the refund reference details from Wizz, but still no action has been taken. It feels like I’m being completely ignored, and I just want the refund that rightfully belongs to me.
