EasyJet Has Not Paid Compensation Ordered by Aviation ADR After Canceled Flight
In June of last year, I had a flight with EasyJet that was canceled. I filed a complaint with Aviation ADR, and I won the case, which confirmed that EasyJet must pay me compensation in accordance with EC Regulation 261/2004. The decision clearly stated that I was entitled to receive payment, but to this day, EasyJet has not made the payment. I have sent follow-up emails to both EasyJet and Aviation ADR, yet I have not received any reply or update on the status of my compensation. As a UK citizen, I find it unacceptable that a binding ADR decision is being ignored. I am requesting that EasyJet immediately process the payment ordered by ADR and provide me with written confirmation once the transfer is completed.
