eDreams Car Rental Reservation Canceled
On March 26th, I made a car rental booking with eDreams, but unfortunately, my reservation was later canceled due to the unavailability of cars. I have the receipts to prove that the payment was directly debited from my account. However, the company now claims that the funds are in my bank account. However, the bank states that no refund has been issued and attributes the withdrawal of funds to the company. Now, the company insists they don't possess it. I am considering taking legal action as my next course of action. I have experienced their lack of care in the past. Trying to resolve a problem using eDreams' platform is a complete waste of time; they completely disregard emails and dismiss the issue without any concern.
