A Long Wait for Dyson Airwrap Replacement

In November 2022, I purchased the Dyson Airwrap complete long device from Dyson.com.tr. Unfortunately, the device malfunctioned in July 2023, and I contacted Dyson via WhatsApp. They assured me that they would service the device. I submitted my device on July 18, 2023, and they decided to replace it. They claimed they didn't have the same color in stock but offered to send me a grey one instead. I requested that the replacement be sent as soon as possible in any color that was in stock. My Dyson is still missing today, July 31, 2023, despite numerous phone calls and WhatsApp messages. I used this device on a daily basis, and the extended wait has left me very annoyed. Dyson's response is consistent: a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. How does Dyson ensure customer satisfaction? I regret spending a significant amount of money on this product, and if Dyson does not deliver on time, I will immediately file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
