I Face Repeated Bin Latch Issue with Dyson V15 Vacuum and Request Free Replacement

I have been using a Dyson V15 vacuum, and about two weeks ago, while cleaning the dust bin, the red plastic latch came off very easily. I immediately contacted Dyson customer service, and they sent me a replacement part. However, despite handling it with extreme care, the exact same issue happened again — the red plastic latch popped out of place.

When I reported the situation to customer service a second time, they informed me that this time the part replacement would be chargeable. I find this unacceptable, especially since the product is still under warranty. I purchased my Dyson V15 from MediaMarkt, and in my view, a recurring defect like this should be fully covered without any cost to the customer.

I am requesting a free replacement part along with proper installation support. A premium product at this price point should not have such repeated quality issues, and I expect Dyson to resolve this matter promptly without additional charges.
