Dyson V15 Vacuum Dust Bin Seal Came Off Again but Service Requested Payment

In October 2024, I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner from Media Markt, and my product is still under warranty.
Three days ago, the seal in the dust bin came off and could not be reattached. This is not the first time I have faced this problem. Previously, the same issue occurred, and the service team replaced the part free of charge. However, this time, when the problem happened again, the service center demanded payment for the repair.
Since my product is still under warranty, and I have both the invoice and warranty certificate, I expect this recurring defect to be fixed free of charge. Repeated issues of the same kind clearly indicate a product fault, not user error.
I kindly request that the repair and part replacement be handled without cost and that my complaint be evaluated by the Dyson service center in Istanbul.
