Dyson V15 Vacuum Red Rubber Issue Denied Warranty After One Week

I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum just a week ago and experienced an issue with the red rubber component. When I contacted customer service, I was told the damage was due to "user error" and that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. All I did was gently wipe the vacuum with a nearly dry cloth.

Despite numerous similar complaints from other customers, Dyson refuses to acknowledge this as a product defect. It’s unreasonable to blame the user for an issue with a one-week-old vacuum. I expected much better from a brand known for quality. I demand Dyson resolve this problem immediately by repairing or replacing the vacuum under warranty. This level of service is unacceptable.
