I Can’t Remove the Brush from My Dyson V15 Head—It’s Stuck and Can’t Be Cleaned

I own a Dyson V15 vacuum, and I recently attempted to clean the brush inside the main cleaner head. At first, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but then my spouse also tried and confirmed—it doesn’t come out at all. We followed all the proper steps and instructions, but the internal brush roll is completely jammed or defective.

It’s incredibly frustrating to own a premium product like this and not even be able to do basic maintenance like cleaning the brush. The design either has a serious flaw, or the product I received has a manufacturing defect in the head component.

Now my vacuum is collecting dust—literally—and I’m unable to use it properly. Dyson, I chose your brand expecting high-quality engineering and ease of use, not issues like this within the first months of ownership.

Please send a replacement head immediately or offer a solution that allows me to clean and use the device as advertised. I shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of hassle from a product in this price range.
