I’ve been using the Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner and overall had high expectations from the brand, especially as I use several Dyson products in my home. However, I’m now facing a frustrating issue: the brush head won’t open, which means I can’t clean or maintain it properly.
This is the same part that used to open before, but now it’s completely stuck. As a result, I haven’t been able to clean the interior, and it has started to emit an unpleasant odor. The vacuum's cleaning performance has also dropped noticeably because of this.
For a premium product like this, I expect better durability and user-friendly design. Dyson, please provide a quick solution—either clear instructions to resolve this or a replacement part if the mechanism is broken. I trust your brand to take customer issues seriously and hope you’ll act swiftly to resolve mine.
