I own a Dyson V15 Detect, and while emptying the dust bin, the rubber seal came off and now won’t go back into place. This issue has rendered the vacuum completely unusable, as the dust compartment can’t be properly sealed without that piece.
I expect much more from a premium device at this price point. A simple part like this shouldn’t fail so easily, especially considering how essential it is to the vacuum’s functionality. I’m extremely frustrated because I can’t use the vacuum at all until it’s resolved.
Dyson, I urgently request that your technical service team contacts me immediately and provides a replacement part or repair solution. I should not have to chase down basic parts or wait for days just to restore functionality to a high-end product.
Please treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves and respond as soon as possible. I need this part replaced right away so I can get back to using the product I paid a premium for.
