Dyson V15 Detect Vacuum Head Missing for 6 Months Despite Warranty

I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect vertical vacuum cleaner with high expectations, given its promises of “advanced technology,” “superior cleaning,” and “laser dust detection.” Unfortunately, the reality has been far from premium. The laser head broke within the first few weeks, though it was replaced. Later, the main vacuum head failed due to a defect about 6 months ago, and ever since, I have been waiting for a replacement. Despite calling customer service and checking the Dyson website repeatedly, there has been no progress.
It is unacceptable that a product sold at such a high price point cannot be supported with a simple spare part for half a year. Dyson promotes itself as a premium brand, yet this experience shows otherwise. A vacuum cleaner should not turn into an expensive “decorative item” due to a lack of spare parts. I request the immediate delivery of the replacement vacuum head under warranty. If Dyson cannot provide the part, then I demand a replacement product. I expect Dyson to act responsibly and resolve this issue without further delay.
