Hello, on May 20, 2023, due to a manufacturing defect, a pipe broke, and I contacted Dyson customer service regarding the issue. They assured me they would promptly provide a replacement part. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I have yet to find a solution. I have been unable to use my product for 3 months now. I constantly hear the same assurances of "we will provide it soon." However, this doesn't resolve my issue. Consumer Rights Law stipulates a legal timeframe for obtaining replacement parts for a product. Dyson, despite exceeding this legal time frame by more than threefold, has not provided me with a replacement part, a new product, or a refund. This is a legal obligation. If the deadline for providing the part passes, the company must either send a new product or issue a refund. I have not received any of these options so far. As I mentioned earlier, I've been unable to use my product for nearly three months. And when I purchase a product, I pay a price, exchanging it for a service. In return for this price, I expect to receive a service that I can use properly and effectively. I am urgently awaiting a swift resolution from Dyson authorities regarding this matter.
