I Bought a Dyson V15 Battery But Still Haven’t Received It After 9 Days

I ordered a Dyson V15 battery, and according to the system, it was shipped on May 17, 2025. It’s now May 26, and I still haven’t received my package. I chose Dyson because I believed in the reliability of their products and service, but clearly, that was a mistake.

I’ve reached out to Dyson’s customer service multiple times, and each time I’m met with indifference. No one is taking ownership of the issue. The representatives don’t provide any concrete updates or solutions. I purchased this product thinking I’d be backed by a solid warranty and responsive support, but I feel completely abandoned.

This delay has not only caused inconvenience but has also impacted my daily routine and even my mental well-being. I’ve had to chase updates, and no one is willing to take responsibility for the delay. Dyson needs to resolve this issue immediately and either deliver the battery or refund my money. This is not the level of service I expected from such a prestigious brand.
