Dyson V8 Cordless Vacuum Repeated Failures and Poor Service

I purchased a Dyson V8 Cordless Vacuum from an authorized dealer three months ago, and it has already been sent to service three times for different issues. Each time, a component such as the trigger or charger was replaced. However, after the latest service visit, I was informed that "no issue" was found with the device, despite the persistent problems.

This product has been nothing but trouble. It seems to have a factory defect, yet Dyson refuses to provide a replacement. The vacuum barely works, and I’ve spent more time sending it for repairs than actually using it. The service quality is also extremely disappointing; they don’t acknowledge the problem and provide no satisfactory solutions.

I bought this vacuum because my wife wanted it, trusting Dyson’s reputation. However, this experience has been a complete letdown. I deeply regret purchasing this product and will never consider buying Dyson again. Dyson, please stand behind your product and either replace or refund this defective vacuum.
