I am absolutely furious with Dyson! I ordered my Dyson cordless vacuum on December 8, 2024, and in just under six months, I've had to send it to service three separate times for the exact same error! Each time, they claim to replace a part and send the product back, only for the same issue to resurface almost immediately.
The third time this recurring error happened, I contacted customer service, explicitly explaining my frustration and demanding a product replacement. Instead, they pulled the same old trick, performing the same repairs and sending the exact same faulty vacuum back to me. This is completely unacceptable. I've spent good money on a product that consistently fails, and Dyson is refusing to provide a working replacement.
Dyson, you need to stop this endless repair cycle and replace my defective vacuum now! This recurring problem is a clear manufacturing fault, and your refusal to exchange the product is a disservice to your customers. Provide me with a fully functional Dyson that doesn't break every two months!
