I bought a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum cleaner from Media Markt on March 3, 2023. They said it came with a docking station and a spare battery, but when I opened the box at home, neither was there. To make matters worse, when I attempted to charge the vacuum, the blue light only blinked for 2/3 of a second before going out. It displays nothing on the screen and will not charge. It's inconvenient because I paid 14,999 TL for this vacuum cleaner and had to pay an additional 3,999 TL to have it repaired. It's simply not fair. I'm very disappointed because Dyson is a well-known brand, and I had high expectations from them. They should be able to deliver a fully functional product, after all. I just want my vacuum cleaner to work properly, and I'm hoping they can resolve this issue as soon as possible. I'm hoping they'll quickly respond and offer a solution to this problem.
